Non-Invasive Dentistry | Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Dentist Auckland

Post by Dr. Clarence P. Tam, HBSc, DDS, FIADFE, AAACD

The option of non-invasive or "no drilling" is always attractive when it comes to dealing with virgin or minimally-restored teeth.  Here we have a case where the patient had two premolars congenitally-missing.  Our solution involved using custom posterior Maryland bridges using occlusal or biting table stops to direct the forces against the bridge in a more favorable compressive rather than shear fashion.

Part Deux.  One-and-half-winged posterior Maryland bridge.  High precious.

Have a great afternoon!
