This was an extensive 11DL and 12MP reconstruction using GC Essentia's Lo-Flo and Hi-Flo full strength composite resin options. This Essentia is a Universal (U) shade, which has an uncanny ability to match to nearly all hard dental tissues, unless severe staining is present. The flexural strength of these "SuperFlowables" range around the 170MPa mark (flexural strength of dentin = 165.6MPa), so this is pretty much as biomimetic as it gets.
