Recurrent radicular caries afflicted this composite restoration I completed approximately 9 years ago for this patient. With a rotated base, a piece of Teflon was necessary beside the 3D Fusion Wedge prior to Compositight 3D Fusion tension ring placement to seal the margin sufficiently. The restoration was layered with a single shade of Essentia U, which is essentially the perfect chameleon.
