Getting some large Class II action on this 16.  Yes, there is an incomplete fracture of the MP cusp, but the patient wishes to restore it with composite for now whilst he works on the rest of his restorative plan.  A single shade of A3 Ceram-X Universal was used for this restoration.  A beautifully buttery composite with a pretty sick skulptability.  Light staining provided courtesy of Cosmedent Creative Color.
