Extended Class II with lingual extension. Normally, to secure a normal matrix one would need supragingival margins for the tines to purchase against or an intact line angle. Without these, one would have to freehand/circumferential/matrix in matrix technique build the line angle before a sectional matrix was able to be secured. The wide prep ring from Garrison allows a one step stable connection to the residual lingual coronal structure allowing for simulataneous access for rebuilding the distolingual line angle and distal marginal ridge. A single shade of A2 Voco Grandio SO was utilized in this case, mimicking the fissure form present on the M half of the tooth.
