A 14y.o. male presented to the practice status-post trauma to tooth 1.1/#8. Non-reduced lateral and buccoapical luxation resulted in a tooth exhibiting buccoversion. Recontouring was completed of the tooth prior to a freehand layered composite restoration incorporating the horizontal maverick effects present in the pre-dehydration control view.
