This lovely patient exhibited pain on biting the occlusal aspect of this relatively new Cerasmart inlay completed by a dentist in Rotorua. The restoration was removed and a microlayered base was placed before lobe-by-lobe reconstruction of the occlusal anatomy using a single shade of Kerr Simplishade Light.
