This lovely patient presented on referral from another practice where the restorations had been overreduced in an effort to create contour and exhibited a conspicuous join line. Note that tooth #9 has previously been endodontically-treated, and was also in slight palatoversion/linguoversion. Dehydration of the adjacent teeth is obviously in play.
