Moderate Class II amalgam removal on this second bicuspid involved both a conversion to a Class I restoration as well as base value neutralization using microlayers of XL2 Herculite Ultra flowable. The packable composite used was Kerr #SimplishadeDark which shows an outstanding chameleon effect.
