There is much to be said for pre-prosthetic alignment not only for better esthetics, but better health in general. Look at the space that Invisalign was able to achieve within 1 year (her hard limit – therefore Class II correction was not completely possible) for this lovely 63 year old woman. Her molars were not really visible in the frontal aspect Time to push forward with minimally invasive smile rehabilitation.
