(Afternoon tea pics 1618.8: Ultradent Gemini crown lengthening POV)
Preoperative, intraoperative and 1 week post-op reassessment of closed flap crown lengthening of teeth 6-11 (DSD guided). The Ultradent Gemini laser was utilized with dual wavelength, superpulsed functionality at 1.2W. Transsulcular osseous recontouring was completed using the Kois Wedelstaedt chisel. There was persistent marginal erythema even after 2 x initial therapy visits which was attributed to a high crest situation in the 9, 10 region. Acceptable healing progress.
