A random R E A L L I F E dentistry case with:
*Cervical abrasion lesion on tooth #9/2.1 palatal secondary to tooth #23/3.2 overerupting due to anterior crowding and overerupting simultaneously, creating a situation of secondary occlusal traumatism in the upper anterior region which exacerbated an area of localized advanced horizontal bone loss/chronic periodontitis. Stage 4, Grade A.
#Overerupted #23/3.2 apical rarefying osteitis with no restorative history at all, just occlusal traumatism.
*The old restorations on #7/1.2 were replaced due to marginal failure.
Pretty contours can be destroyed by adaptation.
