A.P.T. was still used in this case despite an existing full coverage PFM crown and complex restorations on the #9 (vital) and 8 (non-vital), respectively. A large diastema existed in the midline, thus requiring margin positions of 0.5mm subgingivally to allow “running room” for the emergence profile in an effort to close the diastema/avoid black triangles.
The dissimilar stump shades should make for some good fun.
