This old PFM crown exhibited interproximal recurrent caries noted radiographically. The instrument used to section the crown is a CRSPR instrument from Brasseler. The core buildup was completed using a combination of Majesty Esthetic flowable and Ever-X Flow. Between digital and analog I still marginally favor the latter due to predictability of fit for minimal prep veneers/crown/bridge, but that’s just me. Implant restorations are a breeze using a fully digital workflow and fit well.
