It’s difficult to create the illusion of lateral incisors from mesialized canines as part of a substitution strategy for congenitally missing upper lateral incisors. Pre-prosthetic nightguard bleaching was completed before a multistratified approach was taken to lend more balance to the smile and composition. A minimally invasive and minimally involved approach relative to the number of teeth treated in this lovely 16 year old female.
