MID-procedure bonded core buildups on these heavily-restored teeth planned for DSD-guided anterior reconstruction. As the teeth were heavily-proclined and the patient had just finished orthodontics from a practice elsewhere, she wished to have a more aggressive restorative approach to angle correction. As a result, the palatal surface was virtually no-preparation save a chamfer beyond the margins of the composite restorations.
