This 69 year old lady was very concerned about the ability to continue bleaching her teeth in the future. She had a tooth #24 (FDI 2.4) in buccoversion extracted 3 months ago and was interested in closing the black triangles “restoratively” with as little preparation as possible. A slightly lighter value shade was selected for the enamel to appease her. Not bad for such a massive space. =)
