A retained deciduous tooth with obvious microrhizy but ankylosis lost a significant part of its structure in a biting accident (food, not people). The surface was micro air abraded before a total etch approach using Peak Universal Bond. The hybrid layer was microlayered before restored using Voco Amaris shades O4, TN, O3. Just a pretty long-term provisional for the road.
