Composite fillings are not invincible, and have a lifetime of 7-10 years. This composite restoration on tooth 15DO suffered from marginal breakdown and sensitivity to the patient’s bite. It was removed and the preparation bonded using GC G-Premio Bond (capable of bonding to small segments of composite not removed via MDTP and of course MDP) before the Garrison Compositight 3D XR system used to construct the proximal wall. A single shade of A2 Renamel Nano was used to full contour.
