Ambushed by tortuous recurrent caries penetrating pulpally on this UR7. Not shown is a massive DB extending the height of the clinical crown and finishing mid-distally. I still believe this is more conservative treatment than a full coverage restoration for the time being. Lovely patient with the highest levels of patience.
