Sometimes, “full chamfer crowns” are necessary in my opinion with multiple hairline fractures and a heavily-restored base. Occlusal margins for onlays do not fare well over time in my experience. The maximal preservation of pericervical dentin as well is still a must. Thanks to Shin for your result.
