Heroics to restore a coronally-decimated endodontically-treated second bicuspid. The patient wished to crown lengthen and retain the root for one last attempt at the use of his natural tooth. The post-operative bitewing shows apicalization of the restorative margin in order to regain ferrule as well as apical saucerization of the crest.
