This was a Digital Smile Design-driven case (Smile Designer Pro, Toronto) with transsulcular osseous resection and gingival recontouring courtesy of the Ultradent Gemini dual-wavelength diode laser (810nm, 980nm) and the Kois Wedelstaedt chisel. The old restorations were removed and the teeth plastied as per the diagnostic wax-up to appropriate widths. Composite veneers were layered using A1 Enamel and A1 Dentin along with Clear from the Kerr Harmonize system.
Looking forward to maybe having a more normal-looking papilla! Can’t wait for the reassessment.
