Congenitally missing lateral incisors and mesialized canines and first bicuspids always present an appropriate size-proportionate issue. This case was designed with Digital Smile Design | Smile Designer Pro and gingivo-osseous recontouring was completed using the Ultradent Gemini Superpulsed diode laser (810nm, 980nm) and a Kois Wedelstaedt chisel to re-establish biologic width via a transsulcular approach.
