This patient had some severe enamel fractures following a table-versus-central incisors situation when moving furniture in the house. Both facial and lingual aspects were involved, along with pre-existing attrition against the palatoincisal line angle which was of increasing concern. A direct bonded approach ensured a zero to minimal intervention strategy, which was ideal, given the patient’s relatively young age.
