This is a good example of a case I would consider eligible for microabrasion using Opalustre (6.6% HCl (aq) and silica carbide abrasive) as transillumination shows a more translucent and less opaque appearance especially around the periphery of the lesion. Resin infiltration can be considered as a second measure failing this in the realm of non-invasive options.
