Erosion can leave “old composite” alone but dissolve everything below it. This extreme case was on a lower left wisdom tooth and represents one of the last chances to save it as full indirect bonded porcelain on this tooth may not be favorable re: cost:benefit ratio. Pour restorative love and effort into every tooth, no matter their position in the mouth.
