Overlay featuring difficult access with subgingival margin on the M on an 80 year old female. The decision to complete deep margin elevation or not is a personal one – I find that personally I would prefer a porcelain margin against tooth structure vs. a composite. In this situation the DME band could not extend to the apical extent of the lesion.
