Extensive Class V stained cervical hypocalcification secondary to a prolonged period of poor oral hygiene and salivary flow on this lovely woman. A ringbarking pattern is evident intraorally. As she has whitened previously, a single shade of A2 G-aenial A’Chord was utilized for this restoration.
