Problem: these two amalgams were leaking with recurrent caries/decay underneath them, causing the patient discomfort

During: Intraoperative View – see how deeply stained the tooth is from the old amalgam.

Solution: Using a layered protocol, this tooth was faithfully restored to original form including all the detailed fissures and realistic stain to what nature would have intended.
