Problem: severely-broken down root-canal treated tooth that patient wanted to save. Porcelain not possible due to financial constraints, so layered composite was used to artistically recreate lost tooth structure.

Solution: A carefully-sculpted restoration. Note the layered composite features the grooves and fissures the natural tooth would have.
