Sometimes the enamel fold in the vertical mid-axial plane on central incisors actually develops into a proper crack with penetration into dentin as was the case displayed here. Restorative treatment involved a total etch adhesive approach using layered composite to blend and support the area of defect with the surrounding tissues.
