2 S T A G E treatment – This 73 year old male patient suffered from attrition and secondary erosion from a constricted envelope of function. Stage 1: incisal 1/2 treated first under rubber dam but could not gain clamp stability or isolate proximocervically on the root in order to gain access even with brand new Brinker B4s. The proximofacial lesions were restored by first building up the proximal frame utilizing the Garrison Fusion Anterior Matrix System before layering to full volume using the Hu-Friedy Akroflex NiTi brush. Stage 2 cervical abrasion lesions restored with a single shade of A3 G-Aenial A’Chord. Old PFZ restorations recontoured on palatal to allow for greater freedom in the envelope.
