Internal bleaching was completed after orthograde endodontic treatment on this traumatized central. The solution was changed weekly (sodium perborate + 35% H2O2) (aq) for 4 iterations before an acceptable result was seen. The patient wished to “overwhiten” the tooth slightly as she wishes to whiten externally before replacement of old restorations. The mesial interproximal restoration was not replaced at this stage, merely a resurfacing restoration as per the patient’s request.
