This was an ambush large Class II situation with compromise of the MB cusp. Fortunately, even though this second molar was the clamped tooth, the narrow footprint of the Garrison Compositight 3D Fusion tension ring allowed us to stack this on top of the rubber dam clamp. This is the only ring (and the 3D XR ring) that has been able to be successfully positioned with such a limited footprint in this application.
