We were able to keep this preparation to a “slot” variety despite the deep recurrent caries against the ML pulpoaxial wall on tooth 15. The Garrison Compositight sectional matrix system was used to recreate anatomic, firm contacts. A single shade of A2 Grandio SO was layered from whoa to go to full form. I tried to keep the premolar “interesting” for you all.
