A simple replacement of a fractured old CAD/CAM lithium disilicate crown placed at another practice. It is interesting how Prof. Markus Blatz’s research showed a similar fracture toughness with preparations featuring occlusal clearance of 1.2mm and 1.6mm. Generally, the minimum clearance required for LiSi is 1mm.
