This lovely lady exhibited:
Missing upper right lateral incisor, mesialized canine, peg upper left lateral incisor, asymmetrical spaces.
Digital Smile Design and pre-prosthetic orthodontic planning and execution was completed to idealize the positions of the coronal aspects – ideally I would have wanted an implant in the #7 position but the patient’s patience had run out, so root uprighting was not an option.
Preparations were completed using the Aesthetic Pre-evaluative Technique (APT) as per Galip Gurel.
A novel design featuring a lithium disilicate facial veneer interproximal wrap Maryland bridge was fabricated with no functional contact on the pontic.
