This lovely 40 year old man presented with a host of complex issues: periodontal compromise, cari-structural compromise, existing implant bridges and crowns, crowding with the desire for an improved smile WITHOUT the need for orthodontics (and orthodontic extractions) or aggressive preparations. A treatment plan compromising initial therapy, structural support for compromised teeth, removal of hopeless teeth (i.e. #2-6) and digital smile design was created to fabricate a smile that is functional within the framework of what exists, but effectively improves the function, health and confidence of the patient simultaneously. The patient refuted orthodontic pre-prosthetic care, and is totally over the moon with his result.
*All of his old implant bridges and implant crowns were not touched as per his instructions.
