An unfortunate accident with this 10 year old girl’s tooth #8/1.1 was restored by a local dentist but deemed unsatisfactory relative to integration by her. She wanted a replacement that more closely replicated the halo, incisal window translucency and maverick tints (Incredible for a 10 year old) in this tooth.
We completed the case freehand after removing most of the old restorative material – we did not note through and through fractures and left the “deep” ones alone.
