Sometimes I don’t know why some dentists are allergic to indirect restorations – we tried to restore a vertical shear fracture on this old Rhondium OVC overlay M marginal ridge using a dovetailed approach with chemical bonding courtesy of GC MultiPrimer/silane coupling agent when an indirect restoration would clearly have a better prognosis. A single shade of A3 Voco Grandio SO was utilized in a microlayered fashion to rebuild this area along with the second molar MO.
