Reconstruction of this badly broken down bicuspid. Even though the lingual wall was <3mm thickness from the base, I decided to use an aggressive bevel on the cavosurface instead of conventional “overlaying”. I’m curious to see the performance over time. This supercomposite and gold standard adhesive techniques have a good chance of seeing this guy through the long term.
