Yes, those Garrison rings are a bit used and need to be refreshed. Like this restoration did. There was a small gap between the cavosurface of the mesial proximal box floor and the band, which created an overhang, which was removed simply but could have been prevented by removing the ring, packing PTFE tape in the area to close the gap before replacing the tension ring. But I didn’t want to disturb this set-up.
