Class I with lingual crack extension dissected a reasonable amount apically, restored using a single shade of Simplishade Medium. People don’t know that amalgam doesn’t support tooth structure and actually causes cyclic fatigue/flexion over time leading to cracks, which are occasionally catastrophic for teeth.
