Resin additions without Any Tooth Removal

Resin bonding additions with no preparation at all (except for micro air abrasion) to optimize esthetics on teeth 7-10 after Invisalign by the orthodontist.  Black triangles were minimized but not closed completely due to patient request.  Garrison BluView VariStrip matrices worked well to control the subgingival contour and emergence profile of these restorations.  Complete closure would have violated the 50:40:30 rule by featuring overly “long” contact areas between the centrals and laterals, laterals and canines.
