CHRONIC SENSITIVITY on this first and second molar resulted on these teeth despite being treated twice at another practice, with the lingual cusps reduced arbitrarily. The goal was removal of caries, conservative dentin hybridization, and recreation of simple anatomy in this lovely 30 year old. No vertical hairline fractures were detected pulpally, which is easily visualized/elucidated by the use of micro air abrasion.
