Definitive restoration for a tooth in a lovely 16 year old affected with molar hypomineralization featuring marginal restorative breakdown. After excavating affected dentin to a reasonable degree, a total-etch adhesive approach was undertaken using Optibond Solo Plus and restored using a single shade of Simplishade Light.
