Tooth 24 is virtually unrestorable but the patient wishes for me to see if I can do to salvage the tooth and do an “endocrown” or similar, so let’s see how that turns out relative to a traditional post/core/crown where there is virtually no ferrule. Stage 1 and 2 were completed using Sybron’s posterior Twisted File series and a provisional cover using Caviton (GC) and Fuji just splashed on top =)
Tooth 25 was completed using the Omnimatrix from Ultradent and a single shade of A2 Grandio SO. I have loved the chameleon effect of this material since the beginning of time (as a dentist).
