Caries ambush on this first bicuspid with a mesial extension. The contact on tooth #6D needed to be plastied slightly in order for passive fit of the Garrison sectional matrix system, as often contact points can impinge in the ideal position and anatomy of a contact.
A single shade of Voco Grandio SO was utilized after microlayering using Grandio SO Flowable in 0.25-0.5mm microlayers.
