Old restoration replacements for this lovely 12 year old with a history of complex dental fractures and endodontic treatment/bonded post and core particularly affecting tooth #9 (2.1). It’s interesting how natural eruption can totally skew old restorations that once looked “straight and symmetrical”. Tooth #8 (1.1) was mesially rotated and also partially restored and was included in the freehand treatment plan.
